On how many computers can i install Turbotax 2024 Premiere?

I thought i was allowed 5 but i am being stopped after 3 activations

Why do they need to be logged into the same Intuit account? In fact, why do they need to be logged into an account at all?

You need an Intuit Account to use TurboTax Desktop for a few reasons:

• You can more easily install TurboTax Desktop on another computer because we’ll store your license code.

I'm sorry but that doesn't track. I've used it for years without. You don't need an account to download just to activate.

Your experts helped me lots without one.

On top of that your restricting the license key to one Intuit account which makes using it one multiple PC 's less convenient when sharing with family members.

Your company should be able to identify the product by the activation code.  Why do you need to link to Inuit account?  Even within the family, you want to keep separate for tax return, that's how you use multiple computers install and up to 8 returns
