I opened an account on online version but after inputting personal information decided to purchase the download version. Is there any problem switching my account to the download version? Can I delete the info on the online version?
There was a problem. I could only access my Online account. I was unable to input the Licence Code from the Download version. It took the agent 30 minutes to solve it. He told me I was lucky. It took others an hour or more to fix the problem. Intuit should fix this flaw in the system.

It would be helpful if Intuit would fix this problem so that others and myself next year do not run into it again. Thanks.
