    Ordered TurboTax 2018 By Mistake

    Hello,

     

    I ordered TurboTax 2018 by mistake last night.  Once i noticed i went ahead and ordered 2019 as that was the one I needed.  I have not used the 2018 version at all.  Can this purchase be refunded.  As you can see I am a long time customer and have used TurboTax for years.
