The new digital news subscription tax credit in 2020, can only be entered by using the Easy Step method. I'm not sure why it can't be entered using the Forms method.

You can enter your digital news subscription expenses directly on Line 31350 of the T1 General in Forms mode. If it’s not letting you enter an amount there, please contact us by phone for more assistance. To talk to our phone support team, visit https://support.turbotax.intuit.ca/contact/ . After entering some basic info about what you need help with, the page will give you the phone number for the team best suited to help.
