Print/PDF functions will be available February 19th when NETFILE opens.
I have the same message today. The problem seems not to be solved yet
@Javs Please make sure to check if you are using any locked forms that might be preventing to print or save a PDF copy.
Come on TurboTax, it is March 10 and this is still a problem. Other friends using different platforms do not have this issue. The Government of Canada has finalized forms in February. Let's go. You are going to lose long time subscribers to your product.
I'm having the same issue here, this is ridiculous!!!!
Why are these forms locked, i ran updates and it says there is none.
What build number is it supposed to be at?
I cant finalize anything either, cant print, save or netfile.
Does it have anyhting to do with importing from CRA, idid mine and my wifes.
I couldnt inport any of hers and was able to save hers, still can netfile though
