Open TurboTax
Could you please confirm the version of TurboTax Online you're using? Is there an Expert Assist label besides the product name on the left-hand panel?
If it does and you have not used any expert services, please call us for further assistance with this issue. To reach our phone support team, go to https://support.turbotax.intuit.ca/contact/.
After you enter some basic information about your problem, the page will provide you with the phone number for the team that can help you the most.

On this issue I've contacted support twice. I was given a link to provide details but there has been no confirmation of a refund. It is easy for TurboTax to figure out and validate my issue

Can you please send us a screenshot or picture of the payment page showing the one-time assist? Did you already pay for your software, which included the one-time assist?
Good morning Brenda, I've paid for the online version of self employed which worked out pretty well. As well, here is a copy of my invoice.

Your refund has been submitted and you should see your refund within 2-3 weeks depending on which Credit card you use.
