Early bird pricing for download

I cant find the early bird pricing for the standard edition. pricing is set at  CDN  $34.99, is there an early bird price?. Costco sells the standard version for CDN $29.99, is the download pricing comparable?

Hi in 2021  

1 purchased the premier version download on Dec 15-2021. 3 days later i got a coupon for 15% off but couldn't use it because i already purchased. 

were is the new coupon for 2022 version?
