My pension form for 2014 says T4 not T4A. Should I be filling in the T4 return portion or the T4A?

You need to fill your slip like appears on the paper. if you received a t4 one, you will need to fill this one.

where do I find the T4A (OAS) ?????

Scroll down further under the income tab.  T4OAS is lower on the drop down list.
