What is the error or issue message you are getting when you try to download your software? Are you using Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge?

There is actually no error message. I am able to download turboimpot de luxe from turbotimpot.ca/telechargement, and the same with turbotax standard from turbotax.ca/download, as per instruction on the provided licence code page, using edge on windows 11.
Double clicking on the file TurboImpot_2022.exe, will give the appearance that the software is preparing for installation, but once the progress bar reach the end, the dialog box disappears and nothing else happens (even when waiting for a few minutes, than trying to restart the same process, after rebooting windows 11).
Tandis que, when doing the same with the english install, TurboTax_2022.exe, I get the same dialog windows given the appearance that the software is preparing for installation, but now once the progress bar reach the end, the dialog box also disappears, and now is the replaced with the true installation dialog box guiding the installation and completing it (i.e. installation of the pre-requisite microsoft module — can’t recall the name, then having to reboot windows 11, before proceeding and completing the installation). I can relaunch the installation with TurboTax_2022.exe, and the software will reinstall, if desired, without this time having to install the pre-requisite windows module, as it as already been installed.
But no luck with the french install of Turbo Impôt — I always get the same results.

That the french install file is sightly smaller than the english install (which I think is rare to see — usually the other way around).
