Turbotax deluxe file not found error

I just installed Turbo Tax Deluxe edition on my Windows PC.  After entering all income data, I went to save the file and I get a file not found error.  I've tried both "Save" and "Save as" and get the same error.

You may want to uninstall, clear your cache and restart your computer.
