Updating older versions of Turbotax

I reinstalled 2012 & 2013 from CD but I can't update the software online and get TT810 error and it says to download it. I have the key code and put it in. I searched and couldn't find anything. I need to open older year files. How do I do this?

This answer does not make sense to me. The question is about downloading updates for earlier versions. Where are the downloads listed?

What about years prior to 2015? Does that mean any returns from 2014 and prior are inaccessible because I changed computers and reinstalled TT for the CD?

No I didn't get a fix for it. Intuit doesn't care about old returns I guess
