I bought the Turbotax plan for 8 returns, however it is trying to charge me?

I have only done 2 one for my husband and I and the 3rd for my son.  why am I being charged

Is your son's return in the same account as you and your spouses? The 8 returns must all be in the same account.

I'm having the same problem - spent 45 min on the phone with TurboTax. They told me to go back to the place I purchased. Royal run-around. And Yes ... it was created in the same account.
