When will locked forms be fixed?

I have a simple T4, T4A and rental income type return.  I am unable to file.  Since the cost goes up each year the program should work when CRA opens their filing systems.

Are you getting the message about locked forms? If so please view our TurboTax FAQ to view if your return is using one of the forms mentioned. Due to the rental income, the form needed may be the T2125. Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized?
