Why am i seeing a charge of $159 for two basic returns. This is not what was explained when i started entering my information.
Could you send me a screenshot in a private message? It seems there may have been an upgrade or services added along the way. If you are doing a spousal return this means there will be a double charge therefore in this case you would each have been charged $79.50. We will need to see the charge to try to help you or see what each charge is. Could you also confirm if the email associated to this account is still valid by saying YES or NO?
