Do I need to set up a separate account (username and password) for each dependant who needs to file a return?

In previous years I was able to complete tax returns for the whole family. When I carry forward the information, it shows my dependants, but I can only file for me and my spouse.

You can do it all under the same account, but you have to create a new return for each of your dependants. To do so click Tools> Return manager, and click "Create a new return".

Alternatively, if you wanted to, you could create a new account for each of your dependants as well. Its up to you.
