My 14 year old daughter received aT4A form but not a T1. She earned $891.48 in 2017. Do I report this under my income or does she need to complete a tax return?

You can’t include a slip that’s in someone else’s name/SIN number on your return. They would have to put it on their own return, even if they are child. https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647644
