You may see this error if you have just recently signed up for CRA My Account and you are trying to Auto-Fill your return. Make sure that you can log directly into CRA My Account, and try again a bit later. https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/e-services-individuals/account-individua...

 

If you haven’t just recently signed up for CRA My Account, and you have been able to login before, please try clearing your browser cache, or use a different web browser. https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647843

Thank you - yes tried clearing cache but didn't work. Ended up working after I waited overnight. Since I had to do 3 returns for family it kept happening and had to wait overnight for each...
