Accidently purchased the desktop version in December, can I transfer the amount I paid to the online version?

Accidently purchased the desktop version in December, can I transfer the amount I paid to the online version?

The easiest thing to do would be to ask for a full refund on your purchase of TurboTax CD/Download.

Then, prepare your TurboTax Online return when prompted to pay, pay for it in the usual way (i.e. online, with your credit card).
