Going back to the CD version. Can I import last years online tax (tt20) return to make the auto import work?
Unfortunately, you can't transfer TurboTax Online returns into TurboTax CD/Download. TurboTax Online can't create .tt files, which is what TurboTax CD/Download uses.

Intuit should have thought that some users would switch from online to CD version. I think the people who developed the Online product didn't take the time to think larger. Sorry to say but lack of professionalism
