    Having trouble importing tax info. Why?

    Can I download tax info from CRA by using a RepID for another person or does it have to be a My Account login by that person only.

    Having trouble importing tax info. Why?

    You will need to reach out to CRA at 1-800-959-8281 and they will advise you.
