How do I know how much of my disability credit is unused? How do I transfer my unused portion of Disability tax credit to my sister?
The amount that will be transferred to your sister will be based on other information from your return. When your sister begins her return, she should list you as a dependant for tax purposes. She'll need your net income and some other figures from your completed return.
