How to carry forward? It claims everything at this year with no question !

Hello, I am using free version of the software. I filled up information and I just want to carry forward my tuition fees. How come there is no option for that? I entered all my tuition fees and it claims everything, instead of asking me if I want to transfer it to future years?

Any tuition that you have, whether it’s from the current tax year or carried forward will automatically be used to reduce your Tax Payable, as per the CRA. If you have no tax payable or you still have tuition left over after your balance owning has been reduced to Zero, then it will be automatically carried forward.
