Hi,
I can successfully import sheets from Quebec but unable to import any forms from CRA (such as T4, etc..)
I've tried with different browsers when i click to launch the "connect to CRA session" it keeps failing and says

The windows shows that the connection is successful, but after 5 seconds, it says it was unable to download the data from CRA; I also tried with 2 different NAS and it still failed... very disappointing
Please log into your CRA "My Account" and then go to your return and try to Auto-Fill.

I have already done this and it still failed. At some point, I vaguely remember seeing a popup that said that the import feature only works if you are a representative.
Oddly, I tried this evening again, and it allowed me to import...
Thank you for the update. Sometimes the system at the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is extremely busy and trying at a different time will allow the Autofill to work.
