importing tt21 into 2023 desktop version

As the subject goes, I am wondering whether there is a way to load 2021, tt21 file into the new 2023 desktop version. I cant find last year's file. I tried File -> Open but it only "sees" tt23 and tt22.

You can only transfer info from last tax year's return, not any previous year.
