Logged in, 10th year in a row, and TT won't import previous returns, wants me to type in info from start. HELP????

I've already had to change my pw, get a text code 4 times, verify I'm not a robot, and it still keeps asking me if I want to skip importing or if I want help signing in.  I'm already signed in.  Again and again and again. Help?
