I'm getting the same issue. Clearing cache did not work. I am signed in with the same login as previous years and I have access to all tax files from 2018-2021.
We are currently having an issue with not being able to carry forward prior years’ tax information to a new return. Our product development team is working on resolving this issue and will have it resolved ASAP.
