    Can I use turbotax full service for Canada if I don't live in Canada and I don't have a Canadian number?

    The expert review product doesn't work as I can't enter a UK number or arrange communication any other way.

    No, Full Service is not available for non-resident returns, and can't be used if you are not in Canada.
