How do I calculate non-personal expenses for a three-suite rental house, when I occupy one of the suites?
It would depend. If all the suites are the same size, then your personal portion of the expenses would be one third of the total. But if you occupy a bigger or smaller space than 1/3, then you would have to divide things up based on area.
