I didn't see an option to claim my rent that I paid. Hence, I'm not getting the Ontario Energy and Property Tax Credit. How can I remedy this?

You will need to ReFile your return, or go to your CRA "My Account" and from there you can do the adjustment. 

When you ReFile you will need to go to the "Provincial" section of the return and follow step by step. The first page will be your provincial profile for 2019 be sure to check off Ontario Property tax and rent payments- then continue and complete the following page making sure you enter your address, the number of months you lived there, and how much rent you paid.
