I own Foreign stocks whose value is over $250. Do I need to report every stock in T1135? Can I aggregate them by country?

You are not able to aggregate them by country. As per the Canada Revenue Agency, you will have to report every individual foreign stock you own if their value exceed $250,000. If not, you can do Part A of your T1135 which is a simplified method that does not require specific details on your stocks. More information here: Questions and answers about Form T1135
