I own multiple rental properties under my name only. I would like to know if I could pay my wife to maintain and/or manage the properties for things like lawn mowing, snow removal, labor for repair, property management, etc.?

It might be possible, but when the CRA sees a husband paying a spouse, they will often audit those returns. And they will want proof, like her being on a payroll, or you billing her as a contractor. If you want to do this, it would be best to contact the CRA to get their opinion on how you should proceed with this.
