If my wife and I both run two separate businesses from our home and occupy two distinct spaces in the house, can we claim the same expenses?

Yes. YOu will have to prorate the expenses based on the size of your working area.

For example; if the total space of your dwelling is 2000 sqft and you use a space of 100 sqft while she uses 150 sqft:

your expenses = total expenses x 100/2000
your wife's expenses = total expenses x 150/2000

You use the same ratios to claim CCA.
