If you are using TurboTax Online and are on the Contact Info page, please answer "Yes" to the question "Is your mailing address outside Canada?". You'll now be able to enter your information without getting errors.
If you are on the Payment Page, TurboTax Online only accepts Canadian or US Credit cards for payment, and therefore only accepts Canadian/US addresses on the payment screen.
