I did not order Turbo Tax for the last 4 years. I just had a pre authorized payment taken out of my bank. How do I get it refunded

I'm not showing any TurboTax orders for you. Maybe it's for a different Intuit product like Quickbooks?

I have never used any other Intuit product other than Turbo Tax and haven’t used it since 2020. I have been charged  $105 . I want a refund.
