I have a a "foreign asset holdings summary" document from my investments. Do I need report the "income distribution" amount as investment income from a foreign slip?
I'm not sure if these amounts are already captured via T5/T5008 slips.

You would want to contact the company that issues the slips and the summary to verify if the info on the summary is on the slips.
