My "Personal Use of Employer's Car" field (box 34) doesn't appear to affect the refund number. That confuses me a bit, am I not suppose to pay tax for this beneft?
No matter what amount I put in this field, my refund does not change, why is that?

The number in Box 34 is already included in Box 14 and will make no difference on your tax return.
