Why aren't rental expenses (claimed for rent income) showing up for my co-owner automatically? I entered them for the single property. Do I need to re-enter them for him?
Please make sure that you have entered your spouse’s
percentage correctly. Also be aware that some expenses, like CCA, you will have
to enter the info on his return, and manually split the amounts.
