Im new to canada and just found out that i can not submit my taxes by netfile, when i try to print it , is says duplicate do not send by mail. Can you help me with it?

It sounds like you might be printing the copy that's provided for your own records.

To print the copy for mailing to the CRA, proceed through your return as if you were going to submit to NETFILE. The option to print-to-mail is in the same spot.
