Problem with opening PDF of tax return for printing

Hello, I need to print and mail my taxes this year but every time in TurboTax app when I click to "open a PDF of your federal return for printing" there is like frozen page and note: Out turbotax application has stopped working properly. Please check back again soon. 

This happens every time when I try to open PDF.

I already have Adobe in my phone so that's probably not the problem.

Can someone please help me how to download the pdf file? I can use only this phone. Thank you very much.

Are you filing from outside of Canada, or a non-resident return?

Yes, both. I'm able to download only some duplicate which can't be send by mail.

We are currently having an issue that’s preventing people who are outside of Canada from filing their returns. Our programmers are working on it and hope to resolve the problem soon.
