It has been a week since I finished my taxes and am ready to file but I get an error message saying
This should not have happened. Don't worry - your data has been saved.
Our TurboTax application has stopped working properly. It rarely happens; we're sorry it happened when you were using it.
Tech support said it was a known issue, but so far, I haven't seen a fix.
Unfortunately, I have to mail my return - and I would like to get it off and done with. Any idea when I am going to be able to use this functionality?
We are currently having an issue that’s preventing people who are outside of Canada from filing their returns. Our programmers are working on it and hope to resolve the problem soon. You'll get an email when the ticket is completed.

Will this be done before the tax deadline? Are there no updates on the status?
