Exempt Income Amount Different in Quebec than Federal

I have a situation where I have income exempt from Federal tax that I enter on line 25600 but the amount is different for Quebec and there is no "Quebec if different" option available. The same federal amount is then automatically entered on the Quebec QDED form line 297. The only way to fix this is to override the automatic entry on the QC form but then I cannot Netfile. Any suggestions?

On the "Other" worksheet, there are spaces marked with a fleur-de-lis. Click into one of those spaces, then the "Quebec if different" option (Control+Q) becomes available.
