@nl00 For identification numbers that have 6 or 8 digits only, put zeros in the front so that the total number of characters is 10 digits long in the RL-24 Box H.

4 zeroes at the front doesn't work. Agent I spoke with doesn't help too, telling me to call the provider and confirm if the 6 digits SIN is correct.

@nl00 Try not entering anything in the boxes that ask for a SIN. Instead enter the 6 digit number in Box H on the Releve 24.
