    Can I claim my monthly brokerage desk fees as an expense as a realtor?

    I am new to the industry with no currently sales, and have gotten my tax worksheet from my office.  My net  earnings is rough[y $-7000

    Yes, if it was a genuine self- employment expense, then you can claim it.
