Can I claim vehicle expenses for travelling to a pharmacy to pick up prescriptions?

No, CRA does not allow you to claim medical travel expenses if you travel only to pick up a device or medication.

even if the pharmacy is 84km one way and this is the closest one from my home?

According to the CRA rules, you would not qualify. You may want to contact them and see if it's possible to make an exception in your situation.
