Can I use moving exspences as a deduction if we had to relocate to Toronto from northern Ontario to be listed on the lung transplant list ?
Unfortunately, you are not able to claim moving expenses due to relocating for medical reasons. However, you can claim the cost of your travel as a medical expense if the travel was more than 40kms.
