Do I enter my common-law partner's net income even if she was a non-resident in 2020 and is not filing a tax return?

Under Additional information about <Name> it asks if my common-law partner's net income for 2020 is zero. It then goes on to ask for their "Net income from <Name>'s 2020 federal tax return (Line 23600)".
My common-law partner spent the majority of 2020 in Europe and joined me in Canada in December 2020. She did not earn money in Canada.

As per CRA, if your spouse or common-law partner is a non-resident of Canada, their net world income is their net income from all sources both inside and outside Canada. Enter this amount even if it is zero.

This amount will be entered in line 23600 of your return.

@ Kaur  Hi May I know why a non-resident need to declare his/her worldwide income? Since it is not taxable. The worldwide income section shouldn't be 0? Thank you.

For questions about why the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requests the declaration of worldwide income please contact the CRA by calling them at 1-800-959-8281.
