Do I need both Employee and Self-Employed plans if I have T4 + freelance income?

Hi everyone,

Quick question about TurboTax plans in Canada.

If someone has both employment income (T4) and self-employed income (freelance / travailleur autonome), do they need to purchase both the Employee (e.g., Deluxe/Premier) plan and the Self-Employed plan?

Or is the personal tax plan version alone enough to cover both types of income, all forms required in a single return?

Just want to make sure I choose the right plan from the start.

Thanks in advance for the help!

If you are using TurboTax Online, you need to use the Self-Employed version for Self-Employment/Freelance income. It includes everything that the other versions of TurboTax Online has, including regular Employment income.
