Employment Expense, including work space in home expenses: Where do I enter the proportion of rent that may be deductible?
Enter the total rent expense for the year in the spot for "other" (under property taxes). Indicate in the description that it's for rent. No need to calculate the proportion. TurboTax will do the math based on your entries for number of rooms.
