    How can I get it to subtract?

    Dividends Declared adds to Retained earnings.

    Hello,

    We need a little more information, however you are able to enter a negative symbol to the amount entered for dividends which would then subtract the amount.  If you require anymore assistance please contact our support at 1-866-438-8020.
