I will not be taking Maternity leave for over 12 months, but wanted to start paying EI now

How do I add Schedule 13- Employment Insurance Premiums for Self- Employed so that I can take Maternity leave?

As per the CRA: Step one is to register-EI benefits for self-employed people - Here is how to register.  Then complete the schedule 13- You will go to Income- scroll down to self-employment- Self Employment Summary- click continue you will get to "Employment Insurance Premiums on Self-Employment and Other Eligible Earnings" - It will ask  you-

Have you entered in to an agreement online with Canada Employment Insurance Commission in 2022 or earlier? You will answer Yes or No.
